New Member Application

TAKE THE FIRST STEP!  Once you have visited a chapter that you believe will be a good fit for you, you can apply for membership.   This process involves submitting an online application and completing an interview with the chapter's Membership Committee.

From the list below select the BNI Houston East chapter where you would like to apply.   You will be required to enter your email address to continue the process.   Please look for the confirmation email and follow the instructions to complete your BNI Membership Application online.

The investment to join BNI consists of a registration fee and a participation fee:

• Registration Fee: $249, AND
• Participation Fee:  $649 for a 12-month membership, or $1099 for a 24-month membership.   (Note: 24-month memberships require Regional Office prior approval.)

Your application will be reviewed by the chapter's Membership Committee and you will be notified of the status within one week.   Upon your acceptance into a BNI Chapter, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to submit your BNI Membership Fee payment.    

TERMS:

Arbitration.  All disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the member's participation in BNI shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State were the applicant's BNI Chapter is located.   The Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association.   This clause encompasses any and all disputes involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives.

Limitations on Liability.  Notwithstanding any other provisioin of this Agreement, any liability to you involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives for any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to the Agreement and/or membership or participation in BNI, and regardless of the form of action, will at all times be limited to the amount of yearly dues paid by you for the membership in BNI.  Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will there be any liability to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.
